Ordering

Due to human or computer error, some products may not be available. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, we will refund your purchase immediately. Some orders may take longer to process than others. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders of $75.00 or more. Purchases under $75.00 will include a $7.50 shipping fee, added at checkout. We will ship most orders within three business days by USPS or UPS. Shipping should take approximately three to five business days. All orders are insured. In the case of a lost package, we will file a claim for lost goods. Upon completion of the claim, we will refund your purchase immediately.

Returns

If you wish to return a piece of jewelry, please contact us by email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You must return your order with prepaid shipping, in its original packaging, and include the Return Authorization Number within 30 days of ordering.

Returned jewelry must be unused and must not be altered, polished, or resized in any way. If your item is not sent in the original packaging and is damaged in shipping, we will not honor the return.

Upon completion of the return, we will refund you immediately for the purchase.
